Delivery time
At Grace vanderHeide Photography we ship your order within 48 hours on working days with PostNL. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
For larger orders, your order will be sent as a package and you will receive a track and trace code from us. If you are not at home, you will find a note from PostNL in your letterbox. PostNL indicates whether the package has been delivered to the neighbors, or whether you can pick it up, or when PostNL will come by again.
Delivery address
The address known to your data is the billing address. This address is also the delivery address. If you prefer to have your order delivered to a different address (for example, at work or if you want to send someone a gift), you can indicate this when you place your order.
Postage costs
For orders with delivery within the Netherlands, you pay shipping costs according to the rates of PostNL. Letterbox post is € 4.10 and for parcels the shipping costs are from €8.17. You can find the rates for private individuals on the following website: https://www.postnl.nl/tariffs
